Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are skincare and personal-use items, returns or exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:
The product arrived damaged, defective, or leaking
You received the wrong item
Your order arrived incomplete
To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
Your order number
A photo or video showing the issue
A brief explanation of the problem
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products without original packaging
Clearance or promotional items (unless damaged)
Refunds
Once approved:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method
Processing time: 3–7 business days after approval
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us
Replacements
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost for approved cases.

If your order is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, contact us and we will assist you with the carrier investigation.
